Delivery and Returns Policy

Orders received by 12pm Mon to Thurs will be delivered the next working day (excluding bank holidays and weekends). If your order is placed on a Friday, it will be shipped for delivery on the following Monday. 

Orders over £100 qualify for free shipping.  Any orders under £100 will be charged carriage of £5.95.

All shipments are sent using trackable parcel services via either Parcelforce or the Royal Mail – depending on weight and destination.  We will email you the tracking details once your goods have left us.  

We currently do not offer standard delivery into the EU.  However, should you want your order sent into the EU, then please contact us and we will confirm the cost.

Should you wish to return items from your order, then simply contact us via email or phone and we will be happy to help.  We will issue you with a reference number to put on your parcel ahead of returning it to us. Once your return has been received, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment

If you wish to return a product that was purchased anywhere other than lanocare.co.uk, please reference that specific retailer’s return policy for instructions on how to do so.

All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of placing the original order.
